A Cellulite Success Story from Sandra
– mother of two
– 43 years ‘young’
I share this with hope that it will help at least one more woman find the same success over cellulite.
I had a what I considered a decent body in my teens and early twenties. Not perfect, but good enough for me to be comfortable enough being seen in a nice swimsuit – or even just to see myself nude.
I had a healthy level of self-confidence and good self-image.
In my early 30’s I noticed my lower-body getting saggy, dimpled and mushy. My butt, thighs and hips began losing their firmness and shapeliness, almost looking deformed in certain ways.
Each year it would lose more shape as it seemed like gravity was taking it’s toll. After having Jake and Christopher, it seemed as though the bad stuff speeded up even more. While the joy and gift of motherhood has been amazing, it has been so hard to just watch my body slowly fall apart.
My weight only went up a little through the years, but the flabby, dimpled and bumpy look of my lower body got worse and worse. I tried everything one could imagine to fix this and wasted thousands upon thousands of dollars in the process.
I even have a few left-over scars from trying the injections for a few months.
Nothing worked, as a matter of fact, the cellulite got even worse, before it got better. I hate to admit this, but it’s the truth. Over the years I did various exercise programs, like pilates, cardio-dance and even heavy weight-lifting.
Some of those things helped me feel better and healthier but none of them were able to target and get rid of the cellulite problem.
And being a nurse, I already know there is no surgery to remove cellulite.
I opened up to one of the other RN’s on my shift, as we were pretty close, and I shared with her how badly I wanted to fix my lower-body. The next day she sent me the link to a cellulite removal video by an exercise physiologist named, Joey Atlas, who specializes in helping women.
As I watched it, everything became so clear about what I was dealing with and why nothing ever worked for me in the past.
He showed the real cause my cellulite and he walked me through how to get rid of it for good. I had a bunch of “Aha” moments in the video as I learned things about my body I didn’t learn in nursing school. Sad, I know.
Once I was done watching the video, I knew exactly what to do and I got started that night.
Right after the boys went to sleep, I went into the family room and did the lower-body stimulation sequence. You only need about 22 minutes, so there’s no excuse with the time factor. And it’s actually enjoyable.
It’s been just over 7 weeks and the results have been undeniable.
My husband was skeptical at first, but he was very supportive because he knew what this means to me (and him 🙂 Last night, after the boys went to sleep, I undressed to get into the shower and Gary looks at me with his biggest smile, and says “whatever you learned in that video, please just keep doing it because it is working in ways that I just can’t believe.”
We’re going away on a family vacation for a reunion soon, and I am so happy that I can looked forward to it with no restraints or issues about my body. This was something that caused problems in the past. But not anymore.
Of course I’m going to keep doing the method because I want to stay cellulite-free and it’s also making me healthier, happier and more energetic.
Simply put, it’s given me an easy way to find physical and emotional balance in a life that can be really busy and demanding sometimes. I now have an ally to help me be the woman of my best potential. And that is powerful.
I share this in the hopes that it will reach other women who are battling cellulite and want to get rid of it so they can enjoy all the aspects of life, in a better physical state and emotional state.
If you know of any other women who will benefit from watching the video please pass on the link so they can be victorious over cellulite, just like me.
Once I knew the hidden cause of my cellulite, I was able to get rid of it. That is the key.
Happy New Year and Many Blessings,
Sandra & family
PS: I totaled up the amount I used to spend each month on thigh gels, skin-brush scrubs and other treatments. Needless to say, I’m saving a lot of money now. And that’s makes us all happy 🙂
