Can it be possible that certain food ingredients cause the appearance of cellulite in women? Yes it is possible and it happens often…
We’ll cover how it’s possible shortly, but first let’s highlight some of the top offenders that most women don’t even know about, and are eating (or drinking them) almost every day.
There are many packaged foods and beverages that have chemicals in them. Even supposed “health foods” have some of these foul and evil chemicals in them.
For both health and beauty purposes these should be avoided – especially if you’re a woman or a growing child. Remember, women and children have delicate and sensitive hormone systems.
Food additives and chemical sweeteners can negatively impact a woman’s hormones. It’s no secret that the hormones are responsible for skin tone, skin texture and firmness & shape.
With all the evidence in the last decade showing thyroid dysfunctions and metabolic disorders being directly triggered by certain processed foods and ingredients, the need to raise awareness has become much more prevalent. Because you can only fix the problems that you’re aware of.
On the inside, there is also an effect on body-fat, muscle integrity and flab. All this is directly related to the appearance of cellulite on the trouble-spots and problem areas of the average woman…
So, it’s obvious you want to avoid as many food additives and chemicals as possible – and you can easily do this by choosing fresh & natural foods, which is not rocket science, but the other half of the equation is knowing which harmful ingredients to avoid when choosing packaged foods or beverages (especially “diet drinks”).
4 Chemical Food Ingredients to Avoid
Here are 4 specific ingredients to avoid if you want to prevent cellulite, or reverse the cellulite you already have:
1 – Aspartame
2 – Acesulfame Potassium (ace-K, as-k)
3 – Sucralose
4 – MSG (monosodium glutamate)
You also want to look for words on the ingredient labels such as “stabilizer” and/or “conditioner” (often as ‘dough conditioners’) . These are commonly hidden in those small, tiny blocks of text on the label. So look closely if you must.
One sneaky trick you want to watch out for is the packaging “sleight of hand” trick. This is where the front label, or front of a package will say something like “Contains NO ASPARTAME”… and then add one or more of the other chemical additives. This happened a LOT with nutrition supplements, bars, shakes and other similar items.
Those are some of the top food-chemical enemies to avoid if you want to prevent cellulite or you are struggling with cellulite you already have.
In addition to avoiding what you put into your body, you’ll also want to reverse the problem where the physiological cause is held. The muscles under all the trouble-zones are the key to reversing the mushy dimples, ripples and unwanted shadows on the female body.
This was demonstrated on this TV Talk Show In NYC, with Jessica and Michelle showing “before and after” results…
It’s also further explained in this short “inside look” video by B Benn.
And Joey walks you through his now world famous “illustration video” which is now in 6 major languages (Spanish, German, French, Italian and Portuguese).
