2 Steps to Kill Cellulite
Why Women Get “Cellulite”
First and foremost, it needs to be clear that “cellulite” is not a thing. It’s actually just a word, made-up several decades ago in a European beauty spa, to describe the mushy and saggy dimples & flabby shadows showing on a woman’s lower body.
So from here forward, when we use the word “cellulite”, we are referring to the shadowy flab and mushy dimples which are visible on the skin’s surface.
The QUESTION: What Actually Causes Cellulite?
For most women, this unattractive condition of the lower-body is caused by flat, un-toned muscles under the skin of the trouble zones. When the muscles are in this condition (physiological term is ‘atrophied’) the 3 skin layers sitting on top of them have no firm support under it, so the skin sags and deforms with a mushy dimpled appearance.
The 3 skin layers sitting on top of the muscle layers are:
– the hypodermis (deepest)
– the dermis
– the epidermis (surface layer)
To make matters worse, there is also the dreaded hormonal factor.
Many women report “getting the ugly dimples and saggy shadows” after starting a new medication for some condition (for example; bc pills, prednisone, etc..).
One side-effect can be an adverse hormonal impact that ultimately results in more muscle atrophy and a loss of firmness of the 3 skin layers.
That double whammy can sometimes make it seem like “…this horrible problem came out of nowhere!”, because it can happen very quickly to certain women.
The Reason for Hope
But there is hope, once you realize why current “cellulite” solutions don’t work. They don’t work because they can’t address the issue at the root cause of it.
All the creams, gels, pills, injections, infrared massage devices, skin brushes and yes, even “lipo”, CANNOT improve your muscle condition or skin-layer integrity.
It’s physiologically impossible.
And They Make Cellulite Worse
In fact, these things that are marketed as cellulite solutions can make it even worse because they prevent you from doing what’s really needed (gentle muscle layer stimulation), in order to reverse the cause. Hence the problem gets even worse with time.
And this is the reason why most women never beat cellulite–they simply never learn the right action to reverse the cause. But the women who do learn it–beat it.
The only way to reverse muscle atrophy and get the smooth, lifted and toned effect is with the 2-Step combo:
The 2-Step Cellulite Knockout Combo
The first, and easiest, thing you want to do is look at the food ingredients you are taking in on a regular basis and eliminate the ones that are bad for your hormones.
For example, aspartame is a chemical sweetener in many foods and beverages. And it’s one you should aim to avoid because it has been reported to make skin look worse by negatively impacting hormone balance.
Anything that scrambles hormones, can sacrifice muscle integrity and induce body-wrecking skin flaccidity. So, identify the toxic offenders and keep them out of your body.
Second, aim to do slow body-weight exercises (*avoid weights and machines*), 2 -3 times a week, all focused on your lower-body muscle layers in your trouble zones. When you do them, move slowly and focus on form, breathing in sync with your tempo.
You can see how this works in the cellulite elimination method video, created by Joey Atlas. If you haven’t seen it already, it’s worth seeing, because what you’re reading here will make a lot more sense as you gear up to get rid of your “cellulite”.
This is the equivalent of bringing a light-sabre to a knife fight. NO MATCH – game over for cellulite.
There are 90 muscles in the female lower-body, so the synergy of combining these movements is how all those muscles of the buns, legs, hips and thighs get the type of stimulation needed for toning, lifting and tightening.
In the “truth about cellulite” video, Joey Atlas illustrates the important female muscle layers in your trouble spots & problem areas and he covers how to stimulate them properly.
To do these synergistic movements you only need:
– some floor space
– a mat or big towel
– a sturdy pantry step stool
– or you can use the bottom step of a staircase
– no gym, no painful weights, no dangerous machines
You can do them barefoot or with sneakers. And they can be done anytime of the day, or evening. Whatever fits best into your schedule.
All women know there’s nothing better than being able to wear whatever cute outfits you wish, or even just enjoy seeing yourself nude and liking what you see.
Smoothing, lifting and tightening up your lower-body is the key to all that, which means you won’t have to dress in unflattering ways just to “hide” your cellulite. You’ll be free to wear what you want and enjoy all the goodness that comes with that.
– Cellulite is only a descriptive word. It’s not a thing, condition or substance.
– Underlying cause is from mushy, saggy, un-toned muscle layers (atrophied muscles).
– Hormone imbalance from chemical nutrients and drug side-effects contribute to the problem.
– Ineffective products, creams, treatments and services don’t work because they don’t target the cause.
– Step 1: Identify and remove chemical food & beverage ingredients and additives.
– Step 2: Do synergistic body-weight movements with focus on form, tempo and sequence to stimulate enhancements.
Even though the appearance of cellulite can get worse by treating the body improperly, it can also get better by (a) giving the body the nutrients it needs and by (b) gently stimulating the muscle layer (video link) to evenly support the 3 skin layers that rest on top.
